Primary Duties & Responsibilities
To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used.
Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures.
To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
Do ' whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
Responsible for the overall product yields. He/ she is responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.
Responsible for the product documentation (eg. Product specification, etc.).
Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
Responsible for revision change of documents. Performing any other duties as directed by the immed...
