Core Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Welcome diners, present menus, offer recommendations, and accommodate special dietary needs or allergies.
Order Management: Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system and relay details to the kitchen or bar.Food & Beverage Service: Deliver items to tables in a timely manner, check on guests to ensure satisfaction, and clear empty plates or glassware.
Cash & Payment Handling: Prepare checks, process cash and credit card transactions, and manage tips accurately.
Section Maintenance: Keep assigned tables clean, restock service stations, and set tables for new guests
