Foam Pouring Operations Manager

Our Client an international Manufacturing Company, for expansion,is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foam Pouring Operations Manager to lead a production team andwill be responsible for ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining quality standards, ensuring the safety of our employees, and meeting customer demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3 years experience as Operations Manager
• 5 years Experience in a Foam Pouring/Fabrication
• Experience in ERP system

Knowledge And Expertise Required:

• Strong knowledge of chemicals (in Foam Pouring/Fabrication)
• Aware of the principles and processes for providing customer service, including meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.
