Qualifications

  • College graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any related course
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • With supervisory experience in handling Front Office staff and daily operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle guest concerns, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
  • Knowledgeable in reservations, cashiering, and Front Office procedures
  • Capable of preparing reports, schedules, and monitoring team performance
  • With pleasing personality and professional appearance
  • Flexible, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be assigned in Baler, Aurora
