Qualifications
- College graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any related course
- With at least 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- With supervisory experience in handling Front Office staff and daily operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle guest concerns, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
- Knowledgeable in reservations, cashiering, and Front Office procedures
- Capable of preparing reports, schedules, and monitoring team performance
- With pleasing personality and professional appearance
- Flexible, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be assigned in Baler, Aurora
