Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service
- Oversee daily café operations including food service, beverage preparation, and counter management
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the café as per facility schedules
- Maintain high standards of customer service for employees, visitors, and guests
- Coordinate with food vendors, pantry suppliers, and service contractors
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Report maintenance issues related to café equipment, plumbing, or electrical systems
