Reporting to the food and beverage supervisor, you will play a vital role within the venue, providing the highest level of service and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance. As our newest Casual Food & Beverage Attendants, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assist guests with entire dining experience from greeting them, seating them, taking orders and keeping them happy at all times by anticipating all there needs
• Familiarise yourself with restaurant products and services including full knowledge of menus, wine lists and other beverages
• Ensure you are aware of all dietary requirements to provide guests with the most accurate information about menu offerings
• Demonstrate high levels of service and prompt, efficient and polite responses to all requests
• Encourage feedback from our guests, to update and maintain guest history records...
