Overview

Oversee day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites, ensuring MEP, civil, and soft services run smoothly and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Lead and manage FM projects end-to-end: planning, execution, budgeting, and handover.
  • Supervise technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring work quality.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure timely corrective action on findings.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for service delivery, procurement, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure HSE compliance and maintain proper maintenance inspection documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • 2–3 years of experience in facility management or MEP maintenance.
