Flute Laminating Machine Operator

Job Description

• Operate and maintain flute laminating machines for carton/packaging production
• Ensure proper alignment and bonding of paperboard and flute materials
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines and output targets

Qualifications

1. Experience operating flute laminating or similar machines
2. Knowledge in carton box or packaging production is an advantage
3. Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
4. Ability to work under minimal supervision
5. Physically fit and willing to work in a production environment

Preferred

• Experience in printing or packaging industry
• Familiarity with different flute types (A, B, C, E flute)...
