Develop concept of portfolio selling (PLCM) and “training as-a-product” line logic. Own the training revenue number. Create strategy and value propositions for learning for different audiences (end customers, channels, employees) Manage and build relationships with 3rd party training vendors. Leverage universities and technical schools for educational offerings. Hardware versus software training Conducting sales training needs assessments to ensure the training products can be effectively sold. Analyze customer training needs to determine requirements for new content development. Develop marketing plans to drive the implementation of new training content, in line with the organization’s strategic priorities.
