Become a Flowback Supervisor and lead crucial field operations while ensuring safety and efficiency. Engage directly with clients to meet their operational needs through effective supervision and maintenance.
In this supervisory role, you'll manage a crew of up to four while focusing on the maintenance and installation of essential equipment. Regular interactions with management and clients will be necessary to oversee job schedules and standards. You'll also ensure safety reports are completed and that safety meetings are conducted for team members.
