**Job Description**
This role supports Journeyman flooring crews with the preparation and installation of commercial flooring on a variety of construction projects. You assist with installing different types of commercial flooring and a significant amount of rubber base trim, while contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist Journeyman flooring crews with the preparation and installation of commercial flooring on small and large commercial construction projects.
+ Install a substantial amount of rubber base trim and other types of base trim as directed by Journeyman installers.
+ Utilize construction knowledge to support flooring and base trim installation across a range of commercial environments.
+ Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to ensure precise cuts and proper fit of flooring and trim.
