Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, cafeterias, bathrooms, hallways and stairwells. Carpet & upholstery cleaning
- Strip and wax tile floor, concrete, terrazzo and LVT flooring.
- Other duties may be assigned.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Able to work with single discs, boost machines, wet/dry vacuums, ride-on floor machines, squeegees, mops and buckets, razor floor scrapers, doodle bugs, buffing machines and numerous stripping/waxing chemicals.
- Must be experienced in the process of using a variety of machines to safely remove (strip) old wax, neutralizing the floor and the application of new wax by different application methods and deliver high quality results.
- Must have the ability to adapt to and deal with adverse flooring conditions.
