Key Responsibilities ---------------------
• Supervise and manage the workshop floor, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are
carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure that they are completed
within the specified 8 me frame.
• Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standard, with an
emphasis on quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on vehicles, including parts and labour
costs.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety
regulations.
• Liaoning with customers regarding their vehicles, providing updates on progress and
ensuring that any issues are resolved in a smelly manner.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that the workshop
• is well-stocked and well-organised.
