The Position

You will be responsible for the planning, organisation and supervision of the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, ensuring that the highest levels of guest care and satisfaction are met. Bringing exacting standards, your duties will include making daily inspections of key areas across the hotel, from VIP rooms and check-out rooms to various public areas of the property. And you will lead by example, holding daily briefings with the housekeeping department, and training and managing your team. You will also be tasked with meeting the department’s budgetary requirements.
