FLOOR SUPERVISOR- BAR

A premium upscale bar & lounge in Dubai is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join the team immediately.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Captain, or similar role in an upscale bar, lounge, luxury restaurant, or nightlife venue.
• Fluent in French, Italian, or Arabic (English is essential).
• Strong leadership and guest engagement skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Ability to supervise floor operations, lead service teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Well-presented with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 2-3 weeks (priority will be given to immediate joiners).
