Accountabilities
Create, modify, and maintain detailed 2D and 3Dfloorplans and assembly drawings based on engineers’ and designers’ specifications.
Collaborate with design originators to resolve discrepancies, clarify requirements, and refine designs for accuracy and precision.
Utilize CAD/CAE software to produce high-quality technical drawings and schematics.
Ensure compliance with drafting standards, procedures, and company guidelines.
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of CAD-related hardware and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze and propose solutions to routine design challenges using standard procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations, revisions, and approvals.
Receive moderate guidance from senior team members while developing expertise infloorplananalysis and drafting.
