Role Overview


The Floor Supervisor supports the daily front-of-house operations, ensures smooth service, leads staff, and upholds Louf’s high standards of guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee FOH team during service and support training

  • Lead pre-shift meetings and assign sections

  • Maintain strong guest experience standards and resolve issues with care
