Role Summary:

A Floor Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities on the store floor. They ensure smooth operations, good customer service, and proper staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff working on the floor
  • Ensure customers are attended to properly
  • Handle customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor product display and stock availability
  • Maintain cleanliness and store standards
  • Support sales targets and team performance
  • Prepare daily reports and update the Store Manager
  • Ensure staff follow company policies and discipline
