Floating Support Worker

ROLE PURPOSEThis position will provide casework and clinical support to residents of Connective's programs to enhance their quality of life, to ensure the orderly and safe operation of the facility, and to maintain the goals of the counselling and/or rehabilitative plans. The purpose of the pilot program float position is to support the organization's operational needs, by being deployed at programs across the organization that most require additional support and coverage.STATUS AND CLASSIFICATIONUnionized.
