Location: Middlesbrough (TS1)
Hours: Full-time or part-time, flexible across mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays
Salary: £12.85 per hour (effective 01/01/2026)
Driver with own car – essential

About the Role
We are recruiting a Floating Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs living in their own homes and within the local community across Middlesbrough.
Support focuses on promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, confidence and social inclusion. You will work with individuals to maintain their tenancy, develop daily living skills, and access meaningful community activities.
This is a mobile role covering a radius of approximately 5 miles, supporting over 30 service users as part of an expanding service.
