This is a floating support worker post operating within the TESS team in the Vale. The post provides housing related support in the community to adults within their own homes as well as participation in drop-in advice sessions operated across the region.

We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll support people who have a range of housing related support needs maintain or access housing. 

It’s hands on rewarding work where you can genuinely make a difference to the people you support, and no two days are ever the same.
