Floating Manager

Overview Reporting to the Area Manager, the Floating Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of an individual store within his/her assigned area. Under the general supervision of the Area Manager, the Floating Manager assumes the operational duties of a Store Manager. He/she will provide leadership, daily support, and direction to the staff within the assigned locations. Essential Responsibilities Ensure company bookwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner. Prepare bank deposits, reconcile tills and daily cash, troubleshoot and research errors. Manage inventory levels, stock counts, and inventory controls. Oversee ordering and deliveries as needed. Enforce company standard for quality, customer service, and health and safety. Respond to customer complaints and comments. Make regular tours of the property, talk to team members and customers, identifying urgent issues and solving them.
