Your Job

Hot End Process Engineer is responsible for the process stability at the hot end including batch house, furnace, tin bath and lehr. The process engineer must perform problem-solving analysis to improve the process in terms of safety, quality and efficiency and look for the opportunity to transform the process to be a scalable platform for future growth.

You will be part of the Float Line Department and reporting directly to Float Line Manager.

  • Coach, supervise and coordinate with all concerns to achieve production goals.
