Flight Director: Aerostat Operations Lead

QinetiQ US is seeking an experienced Flight Director to support the Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) program. The role covers multiple sites along the US southern border, with you serving as the single point of contact for flight operations on your assigned shift.

You will lead a 4–5 person shift crew, manage weather influences, and coordinate with the control center and other agencies. A NAC or equivalent clearance and strong English skills are required.
