Position Title: Flexographic Printing Press Operator
Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled individual to manage the operation of a flexographic printing press. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail to ensure the press runs smoothly and efficiently.
Core Duties:
Set up, maintain, and operate a 16 - 20 flexographic printing press (Mark Andy models).
Install and adjust components such as rollers, plates, inks, and dies to ensure optimal production quality.
Report equipment issues or the need for parts replacements to management.
Keep equipment in top working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
Review and follow printing documentation and instructions to meet quality and process requirements.
