As a Fleet Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Fleet Support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

+ Actively engage in ensuring the operational uptime of the fleet by troubleshooting hardware and software issues in real-time.
+ Interface with operators and capture troubleshooting details in Jira, feeding information back to the Fleet Support Engineering team.
+ Perform initial diagnosis and leverage knowledge of autonomous vehicle systems, robotics, and software to analyze telemetry data and identify root causes....
