Responsibilities

: • Perform analysis on customer operating tax accounts and tax returns to identify areas of improvement so that deficiencies and opportunities are identified and communicated to customer and adjusted to ensure timely / accurate tax filing • Provide assistance to customers with questions regarding operating tax filings, required operating authorities, and any other general legalization or cross departmental questions to ensure that customer is made aware of any credentialing changes that are needed and their questions are answered timely • Provide guidance and assistance to customers with respect to all aspects of legalization requirements including International Registration Plan and International Fuel Tax Agreement / ensure customer compliance and proper legalization under these programs, all in the context of the customer experience • Support Supervisor with basic data analytics efforts and process controls to ensure process performance and customer expectati...
