Fleet Service Section Head

The position is primarily responsible for overseeing the regular maintenance and administration of all company assigned vehicles and fixed assets. The position is also responsible for ensuring that transportation service is available at all times and all vehicle registration and insurance are timely renewed.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair schedules of all company vehicles and fixed assets.
• Ensure that all vehicles are in safe, reliable, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Supervise and coordinate with internal mechanics, service providers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance activities.
• Monitor vehicle performance, usage, and fuel consumption to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvement.
