Job Overview

As a Fleet Service Advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling service work, selling recommended or required services to customers, gathering information from service technicians, advising customers and fleet companies, writing work orders for used and new vehicle preparation, preparing estimates, submitting warranty claims, and performing general office duties.
