Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Automotive Technology/Engineering, or any course with an Automotive or Business background
  • Experience in the Automotive or Customer Service industry is an advantage
  • Computer literate; proficient in MS Office tools
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Fleet Service Department in executing fleet management services and maintenance packages under the supervision of the Team Leader and Department Head
  • Receive and courteously respond to client calls and emails
  • Prepare Service Tickets and endorse them to the designated Fleet Service Advisor
  • Adhere to the company's communication procedures and standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,070.00 per month
