Job Description

Job Summary:

The position is primarily responsible for truck fleet management and equipment allocation. Part of the function includes the dispatch of containers (dry van, reefers, and isotanks) and trucks for pick-ups and deliveries to meet the required delivery date of clients, and collation of billings documents in coordination with Documentation Department. The position also assumes responsibility in managing chassis inventory, container allocation, and production of various operational and management reports.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Plans and execute equipment and manpower allocation to ensure on time pick-up and delivery to customers
  • Develops operational policies and procedures to comply with customer and/or regulatory requirements
