Job Description

We’re seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage depot activities, ensure vehicle readiness, and uphold compliance for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the system runs safely and on schedule through on-site leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all depot activities.
  • Oversee vehicle readiness, including cleaning, charging, inspections (pre- and post-trip), and software updates to meet deployment timelines.
  • Keep precise records of fleet status, shift attendance, and incident reports.
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors, fleet teams, security, and cleaning services to maintain seamless daily operations.
  • Ensure logs, trip reports, and vehicle documentation are consistently updated and compliant.
  • Support audits conducted by regulators or internal safety teams.
