Odysseus A Cruises is looking for a Fleet Operations Assistant for the summer season.

The Fleet Operations Assistant supports the daily operations of the company's fleet by assisting with provisioning, inventory control, vessel support, and administrative duties. The role ensures that all vessels are properly supplied, operational needs are met, and back-office processes run smoothly.

Job type: seasonal, on site (office)

Timeline: Mid of April - Mid of October

Key responsibilities

Provisioning & Supply Support

  • Assist in managing daily provisions by purchasing and preparing required items for each trip.
  • Coordinate provision lists with boat crews to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Deliver food supplies, materials, and operational items to vessels.
