Fleet Operations Analyst (Mexicali)

Director of Finance

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the fleet management strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of company vehicles.
• Collaborate with the insurance department to verify data accuracy for policy renewals and ensure all drivers are provided with up-to-date insurance cards.
• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure all leased vehicles are accurately recorded in the General Ledger under ASC 842 and Fixed Assets system to support precise financial reporting.
• Maintain a comprehensive master data report of all vehicles, whether leased or owned, to ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and manage the fleet program budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Analyze fleet-related data (fuel usage, repair costs, etc.) to identify areas for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
