Overview


Assist the Fleet Service Department in managing fleet operations and maintenance services, under the guidance of the Team Leader and Department Head. Answer client calls and emails politely and professionally. Create Service Tickets and forward them to the assigned Fleet Service Advisor. Follow the company’s communication guidelines and standards.
