Finnair Plc is seeking a Fleet Engineer to manage maintenance programs for assigned fleets, resolve technical issues, and maintain aircraft compliance. The role centers on driving reliability and airworthiness within the Maintenance Program scope.

The candidate will work with AMOS to develop and update maintenance programs, analyze aging impacts, and write maintenance instructions based on approved data, requiring Finnish and English proficiency and strong teamwork.
