Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Coordinator located in Rustenburg. The Fleet Coordinator will oversee daily fleet operations, monitor and manage vehicle usage, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve logistics issues, and optimizing fleet efficiency. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
Proficiency in Operations Management and logistics coordination
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and compliance standards is an advantage
Proficiency in relevant software and fleet management tools is a plus
