About the Role

As a CBRE Fleet Coordinator, you will be the vital force ensuring our fleet operates seamlessly and efficiently. You will orchestrate the entire lifecycle of our vehicles – from proactive maintenance and swift repairs to meticulous inventory management. You’ll also be the go‑to expert for our drivers, addressing their inquiries and keeping them on the road.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with managing vendor and employee relationships, including relaying driver concerns and ordering vehicles, car transfers, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for issues or questions related to registration, tolls, state regulations, and insurance.
  • Track the completion of preventative maintenance tasks by external vendors.
  • Coordinate accident repairs and maintenance purchases with repair shops.
  • Review fleet trends and generate reports for review.
