About the Role

As a CBRE Fleet Coordinator, you'll be the vital force ensuring our fleet operates seamlessly and efficiently. You'll orchestrate the entire lifecycle of our vehicles – from proactive maintenance and swift repairs to meticulous inventory management. Beyond the mechanics, you'll be the go‑to expert for our drivers, addressing their inquiries and keeping them on the road. This pivotal role sits within our Supply Chain function, where your contributions directly enhance the effectiveness and fluidity of our operations, guaranteeing that resources are where they need to be, precisely when they're needed.

• Assist with managing vendor and employee relationships. This includes relaying driver concerns and questions, ordering vehicles, car transfers, etc.
