Salary: R11, 500 per month, plus performance bonuses and additional incentives if the trucks meet their targets

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Own reliable transport (due to shifts)
  • Fleet/logistics control experience
  • Strong and confident disposition

Experience with:

  • Dealing with Drivers and handling of any issues that arise
  • Ensuring the correct loads
  • Route planning
  • Tracking and monitoring of Drivers and vehicles
  • Dealing with issues such as hijackings and breakdowns and arranging any assistance required
  • Administration duties
