Flink Recruitment’s client in Mpumalanga seeks a Technical Breakdown Manager to lead fleet breakdowns and maintenance from notification to resolution. You will coordinate repairs, arrange roadside assistance, and monitor downtime to minimise disruption in a busy transport operation.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of heavy‑duty equipment, proven breakdown coordination skills, and the ability to work under pressure, including after hours and weekends when required.
