Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze the fleet asset registry, including lifecycle milestones, utilization metrics, warranty timelines, and replacement triggers
- Support the development of annual and multi‑year fleet replacement plans using forecasting and evidence‑based recommendations
- Conduct lifecycle, cost‑benefit, and total cost of ownership analyses to support procurement decisions, including lease/rental versus purchase evaluations
- Monitor fleet industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support strategic planning and sustainability initiatives
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from fleet management systems such as AssetWorks
- Assist in developing dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for leadership, internal departments, and Council reporting
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Fleet utilization
- Vehicle reliability
