<p><strong>What you’ll be working on</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Fleet Allocator role is working in a fast-paced team environment within the Sameday Local Courier operation. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service to our customers urgent Sameday courier services by efficiently managing and allocating jobs to the fleet of drivers.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Work within a Sameday Radio Room, being our first point of contact for our professional couriers&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Allocate Local courier jobs to Sameday couriers in an efficient, effective manner to meet service delivery times&nbsp;</li><li>Plan &amp; prioritise jobs in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>Apply knowledge of transport dispatch, freight management, and GPS Tracking systems&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with collation of data for recording and achieving KPI’s (Service Quality)&nbsp;<...
