The Fleet Administrator works with various vendors and systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with all regulations.

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of vehicles, assisting with asset disposal and transfer process and managing documentation and records as needed.   Starting hourly rate:

• $23-$25 an hour Primary Duties: Prepare and submit accurate quarterly IFTA fuel tax reports for multiple jurisdictions.


• Maintain detailed records of fuel purchases, mileage, and other relevant data required for IFTA reporting.
• Assist in providing documentation and information during IFTA audits and reviews.
• Monitor fuel tax regulations, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
