Flavour manufacturing technologist

POSITION OVERVIEW:
To lead the flavour manufacturing process, testing, and approval of tobacco and capsule flavours. As a role holder for the flavour manufacturing head, liaise with the flavour development team to ensure the commercialisation of new flavours with an end-to-end perspective, ensuring alignment with consumer preferences, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing capabilities to deliver quality product.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan raw material, liaise with domestic and international suppliers along with the HO purchasing team to ensure RM stock as per the norms
Ensure the manufacturing plan meets the divisional volume plan
Ensure that the manufactured flavours meet the quality tests and sensory needs
Dispatch flavours to Units, and ensure that the flavour inventory is maintained as per norms
