**Job title – Flavor – Beverage Intern**
**Location – Tuas, Singapore**
The purpose of this internship is to support the Senior Application Technologists in day-to-day laboratory and application activities, contributing to the development of innovative beverage solutions that meet customer needs and drive beverage application success.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare beverage prototypes across a range of applications, including carbonated drinks, juice drinks, sports, energy and functional beverages, coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages, and powdered drinks, based on customer project briefs
+ Apply flavors and relevant processing conditions to develop beverage prototypes that meet project and customer requirements
+ Ensure the consistency and quality of beverage prototypes by measuring key physical and chemical parameters using laboratory instruments such as refractometers, acid titrators, and carbonation testers
