At Panda, we are looking for a Fixed Plant Fitter to help keep our waste management facility running safely, reliably and efficiently.

As a Fixed Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving the fixed plant and mechanical equipment that keeps our site moving. This includes machinery such as conveyors, shredders, balers and associated plant systems used within a busy waste management and recycling environment.

This Fixed Plant Fitter role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on engineering work, solving mechanical problems and supporting safe, reliable day‑to‑day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on fixed plant machinery, mechanical systems and site equipment.
