Job Roles and Responsibilities
Control and supervise the approval and disbursement of personal assets such as mobile phones, IDATA, portable label printers, trolleys, weighing nets, etc., in order to deliver assets in a timely manner according to the needs of each department and efficiently.
Control, analyze and supervise the asset counting of all departments within the company and its affiliates. And summarize the data sent to the Asset Data department to ensure that the data is accurate and consistent in the company's storage system
Supervise and verify the accuracy of the database of all mobile phone numbers of the Company and its affiliates.
Contact, coordinate and maintain relationship. with external companies that are mobile phone signal providers in order to receive competitive advantages and be able to support the work of each department in the company
