Fixed Asset Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and control of the company's fixed asset management by reviewing and creating standards and control procedures
• Ensure accounting close by performing, in the ERP system, the recording of acquisitions, disposals and transfers, and executing the monthly close for depreciation calculation
• Ensure and control the calculation of impairment
• Ensure correct accounting of assets by monitoring ongoing projects, calculating ICMS/PIS/COFINS on assets, supporting audits, and approving requests for investment (CAPEX)
• Maintain the reliability of information through analysis of accounting accounts and asset control
• Maintain compliance with company procedures by performing depreciation calculations and physical inventories, including tagging/labeling of new items and items without asset tags, and reconciling physical inventory with accounting records
