Job Description
This is a working supervisor role that combines strong mechanical and leadership skills. You will be responsible for all mechanical repairs, maintenance, and reliability of production equipment while leading and developing a small technical team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
- Lead and supervise a small maintenance team
- Perform hands-on mechanical repairs, fault finding, and preventative maintenance
- Minimise downtime and ensure smooth plant operations
- Promote a strong safety culture and best practice standards
About You
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent (Australian recognised or formally assessed overseas qualification)
- Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience leading or supervising a small team (Leading Hand experience highly regarded)
